If yes, then call the Kaiser Silver&Fit Hotline at 877-427-4788 or visit their website @ www.SilverandFit.com to see if you qualify and register for your YMCA membership.

Or...

Are you currently a Kaiser Permanente member in one of these plans: Diamond, Platinum, HIPAA Platinum, Gold, HIPAA Gold, or Silver?

If yes, then call the Kaiser Active&Fit Hotline at 877-771-2746 or visit their website @ www.ActiveandFit.com to see if you qualify and register for your YMCA membership.

Once you have registered, visit your convenient YMCA branch where our friendly staff member will assist you in signing up for your YMCA island-wide membership.

 What do you get as a YMCA member?

• You’ll have access to eight convenient locations across Oahu with cardiovascular equipment, free weights, resistance training equipment and swimming pools.

• Exercise classes designed for Silver&Fit members or classes that will improve your balance, agility and strength like Yoga, Tai Chi and Stretch & Relax.

• You will also be invited to participate in social activities at the YMCA and within the community.
