The YMCA has several rooms available for rental for activities such as training, meetings, team exercises, drama, dance, sports and fitness activities. Rooms can be booked for regular weekly meetings or one-off events for an hourly fee.
MEETING ROOMS AND SPACES AT YMCA CAMP ERDMAN
With indoor and outdoor meetings rooms and space, we
can provide the facilities to meet your group’s needs. We have large and small
rooms that can accommodate 20 to 300 people.
Crosson Hall
This is a newly renovated area with laminate wood
flooring, air-conditioning, an enclosed lanai, a small kitchen area and
restrooms located in the hall. It has a capacity of 150 people.
Assembly Hall
Rebuilt in 2002 to its original specifications, this
building has a great camp feel with a large fireplace and covered lanai. The
capacity of Assembly Hall is 180 people.
Rotary Hall
A great open air space, this large pavilion has a
large fireplace.
Hanai Pono Building
This large building has several spaces that can be
used for group meetings. On the second level is our dinning hall which seats
300 and offers a great view of the ocean. On the first floor is a Theatre in
the Round area, a semi enclosed amphitheater style space that can accommodate
large and small groups. Also on the first floor is the “Kaena Room,” ideal for
small meetings.
Outdoor Campfire Ring
We have an amazing ocean front amphitheater style
campfire ring that can seat up to 300 people.
