Accommodation Information:

• Daily rate for a single room is $40.00 or $235.00 weekly along with a $5.00 key deposit.* 
• There are two rooms with private bathrooms at a daily rate of $49*, no weekly rate. 
• $15 deposit required for all reservations
•  Reservation deposit is non-refundable
• Rent must be paid in full before checking in. 
• Must have a valid photo identification card.
• Check-in is Monday - Friday noon - 9:30pm, Saturday noon - 6:30pm, and Sunday noon - 4:30pm
• Check-out is always by noon 
• Guests have full access to fitness facilities.
  

NEW Student Residence Program

Our Student Residence Program offers full-time students very affordable and safe housing in a friendly community oriented environment.

The Nuuanu YMCA is conveniently located in downtown Honolulu. We are only a 5 minute walk from Hawaii Pacific University's downtown location and only a 15 minute bus ride to the University of Hawaii at Manoa. 

• $600 per month or $750 with covered parking
• Minimum of 9 credits per semester to qualify
• Cafe is open 6 days a week (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
• Restaurants and Art Galleries within walking distance
• Grocery Store located across the street 
• Residency is accessible 24 hours/7 days a week
• Residence Handbook policies and procedures apply
• Free access to health and wellness facilities
