Leadership & Team Building Programs

Leadership in Training (LIT) Program (Grades 7-12)

This exciting three-week LIT program helps students reach beyond their limits, while enhancing communication, cooperation and leadership skills. To enroll in the program, potential participants must complete an application, submit two references and have a personal interview with the LIT Director. Ropes Course and Team Building Program

Newly installed in January 2006, YMCA Camp Erdman is proud to offer an Odyssey III Challenge Ropes Course, a unique feature which is installed at only a handful of camps in the USA. Without a doubt – our new enhanced course will be the highlight for many who visit YMCA Camp Erdman.

 

Schools Program

  • Environmental Education: (Grades K-6th)
    The purpose of our environmental program is to provide Hawaii’s youth with the opportunity to experience nature, gain an appreciation for Hawaii’s beautiful surroundings and have a better awareness on how to protect the environment.   • Leadership Program
    YMCA Camp H.R. Erdman has designed a program that allows participants to develop their Leadership skills through a series of safe, fun, and challenging activities. The program typically runs Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday, which includes 4-6 daytime classes and optional evening programs. The Leadership Program Director will work with your school to develop a program that fits your student s needs.
