Environmental Education

The purpose of our program is to provide Hawaii's youth with the opportunity to experience nature through a variety of hands-on activities. We want students to leave YMCA Camp Erdman with a new appreciation for Hawaii's beautiful surroundings and have a better awareness on how to protect our environment. Our program most importantly promotes a sense of community and cooperation among the students through safe, fun and challenging activities. Click here for more details.

Leadership Program

The purpose of the Leadership program is for participants to reach beyond their limits while enhancing communication and cooperation skills among themselves and others. Participants will overcome many challenges individually and in teams during their camp experience. These activities will help them build self-confidence and a stronger sense of community. They will leave YMCA Camp Erdman with new skills that may be useful in many situations throughout their lives. Click here for more details.
