2009 Strong Communities Annual Support Campaign

2009 STRONG COMMUNITIES ANNUAL SUPPORT CAMPAIGN

Thanks to you, we can provide children and teens with safe, constructive places to go - places where they play sports, learn to swim, enjoy camping and work with mentors. Strong kids, strong families and strong communities are built by committed YMCA members who help the YMCA extend its promise to every person who wants to make a positive change in their lives. In addition to our regular Spring Intersession program, the YMCA offers Specialty Camps, Club Mid Explorers and Resident Camp at Camp H.R. Erdman on the North Shore. 2009 SUMMER ISLAND Y ADVENTURES – REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

This summer, let us take your kids on an adventure where they will discover new friendships, have fun and unique experiences and create lasting memories. The YMCA is offering an array of programs including Day Camp, Specialty Camp, Teen Leadership Programs and Resident Camp. Online registration is now open. Healthy Kids Day

SAVE THE DATE – YMCA HEALTHY KIDS DAY ON APRIL 18

The YMCA of Honolulu is proud to announce that this year’s YMCA Healthy Kids Day will be a major community event at the Bishop Museum – free and open to the public. Designed to promote healthy living for local families, the YMCA is collaborating with like-minded community organizations and companies like HMSA and the American Heart Association. Welcome - Membership for All

MEMBERSHIP FOR ALL

In January, the YMCA of Honolulu launched “Membership For All,” an income-based, island-wide membership, based on your family’s household income. We wanted to find a way to make the YMCA affordable and open to everyone in the community, and to provide a place where individuals and families can develop healthier lifestyles and strengthen family bonds.
