Craving sweets? Treat yourself to some light, healthy sweets like bananas, strawberries, apples, and grapes!

According to mypyramid.gov, eating a fruit-rich diet may reduce the chances of stroke, reduce risk for type 2 diabetes, protect against certain cancers, and help decrease bone loss. Talk about a sweet deal. So, while a box of chocolates may be nice for some, try reaching for a fruit instead. It’s a great way to treat yourself.

Remember, it’s sweet to be healthy!
