AOA Fitness
This 45 minute class covers balance training, agility, and strength training. It’s easy on the joints/back, simple to follow, low impact and moderate intensity. Also, look for "AOA" in all fitness classes to find more activities that are appropriate for you.

SilverSneakersĀ®
SilverSneakersĀ® classes focus on cardiovascular health, muscle strength, balance, coordination and conditioning. These classes are safe and fun. The class format includes a warm-up and rhythmic range of movement stretch, work with resistance tools, cool down, final stretch and relaxation segment.
