Ideal for those wanting a less weight bearing, low impact exercise that
uses water as resistance. Ideal for anyone recovering from an injury or
whom has special physical conditions. Use of aqua bells, noodles and
joggers are utilized. T-shirt cover-up in pool is acceptable. Aqua
shoes/booties and gloves are optional.
H2O Arthritis
Participants in the H20 aqua arthritis class perform gentle stretching and strengthening exercises in the water.
H2O Pilates
Develops core strength, balance and stability in the pool. Very therapeutic for your overall body.
