
Endurance Ride
Cardio lasts from 40-60 minutes, with intervals of hills and sprints. Imagery is used.
Power Ride
Use of low gears through most of class, focusing on powering through hills and flats.
Tempo Ride
Peddle on temp with fun energizing music. It's harder than you think, but lots of fun!
Triathlon
Plan to run, mimic 'swimming,", perform dips, push-ups and alternate other power moves in between strong bursts of riding. Use of gliders, bands and Bosu will be used. Running may occur outside; dress appropriately.
