Healthy Start CenterOur new Healthy Start Centers were designed for those exercisers who are uncomfortable with the 'typical' weight room environment. We created a private, safe and exclusive space for women, new exercisers, older adults and families with younger children. The room provides allotted private workout time for each described demographic. We also hold our exclusive Circuit Classes here that are open to all members. Personal TrainingTake your workouts to the next level and get some personalized training with a YMCA Personal Trainer. A personal trainer can motivate you to overcome fitness plateaus and assist with weight loss/management programs, one-on-one training sessions, sports specific training sessions, and help you develop healthier and more active habits. Teen Health & WellnessIs
your teen getting enough exercise? Teens are encouraged to begin a

orientations to help your child understand the importance of exercise
