Did you know that the YMCA offers some of the best dance classes on the island?  Check out Central YMCA's Dance Central Program, which offers an unlimited pass per month.  Check out the classes and sign up for fun, exercise and performances!

Dance Cental Program

• Children ages 4-12
• Teens ages 13-17
• Adults ages 18 and up
• Take as many classes in your age and skill level for one fee
• Street Dance Classes
• Jazz Dance Classes
• Jazz Funk Class
• Toddler on Toes
• Generally 3 shows a year (April - Ala Moana Center, August - Hawaii Theater), December (Ala Moana Center)

Accommodations

Central YMCA has a total of 114 rooms, 94 rooms for men - dormitory style with community showers at a rate of $37/per day, 20 rooms for women with private baths at a rate of $45/day.  Located at 401 Atkinson Drive, across the street from Ala Moana Shopping Center and near bus transportation. Light cleaning of rooms six days a week and clean towels daily. Free use of fitness facilities: gym, pool, cardio center, fitness center and group exercise classes. Free local calls.
