Stay with Us

Your membership keeps you healthy and our Y strong and ready to continue to serve you and meet critical community needs.

During this pandemic, our Y provided 103,000 healthy meals to children in need; provided safe childcare so parents could return to work; and virtual support to teens in our substance abuse treatment programs, children and families in our childhood obesity management program and participants in our YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program.

And for the entire community, our Virtual YMCA has provided free online group exercise and training classes and activities for families and kids to keep everyone engaged during this stressful time.

While we hope each of you will continue to stay with us; we certainly understand if due to your financial situation, you may not be able to. Know that you may choose any of the options below at anytime to manage your membership.

If you would like to “Stay with Us” and remain an active member, you do not need to do anything. Your membership fee draft will continue automatically. Mahalo!

How do I set up my online reservation account (MotionVibe) and YMCA Mobile App and what can I do with it?
Your online reservation account and Y mobile app can be used to make pool and group exercise class reservations. Your Y mobile app can also be used to scan in and out when you visit a Y Branch. Click here for more details and instructions.
How do I set up my ActiveNet account and what can I do with it?
Follow this guide on how to set up an ActiveNet Account.

These are some of the functions available through your ActiveNet account:
  • Profile: update personal information, password, security information or answers to questions.
  • Family: view and edit family member information; view a family member’s schedule.  
  • Balance: view balance information; pay on account.
  • Payment and Order Management: Change Auto-Charge payments, transaction & payment history, Tax Receipts
  • Other Services: Membership Usage & Family Schedules

We’d like to help! Thanks to the generosity of donors to our Annual Campaign, the YMCA of Honolulu provides financial assistance for individuals and families who cannot afford the full cost of a Y membership or program based on need and availability of funds.

Put my membership on-hold.

If you would like to put your membership on-hold, please fill out this form.

You will need to renew your request to put your membership on hold each month at least 5 days before your auto draft is due.

Cancel my membership.

While we’d like to have you stay with us, we certainly understand if you need to cancel your membership. To do so, please fill out this form.

I’d like to make a donation in support of the YMCA’s Community Service Programs and to help other individuals and families in need of financial assistance for YMCA programs or membership.
