Completed Grade 10 - Two-Week Camp Session
In our LIT program, short for "Leaders-In-Training", teens partake in various activities that help them develop into leaders not only at camp, but among their peers as well. Our LITs participate in team-focused activities that center around critical thinking and problem-solving. While at camp, LITs are mentored by our Teen Programs Leader and their own cabin counselors. Additionally, our LITs will complete a service project during their program. This program is focused around camp, but will also incorporate ways that your teen can lead at home and school, once the program is over. Leaders in Training are encourage to continue their growth as leaders and progress into our Camp Assistant (CA) program in future summers.

Camp Assistant (CA)
Completed Grade 11 - Three-Week Camp
Designed to develop future camp leaders, our staff teach teens how to effectively lead groups, work with kids, communicate with peers and practice servant leadership. During the 2nd and 3rd week, CA’s join a cabin with experienced staff to practice those skills and learn what it’s like to be a role model for young campers.
