Food Service Director

Position: Food Service Director
Location: Camp Erdman
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
Status: Full Time/exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills/Knowledge:

·         Minimum age of 21

·         Ability to prepare, cook, and serve meals family style, buffet style, & boxed in varying quantities

·         Ability to prepare and manage food cost, per meal cost, inventory, & budgets (monthly & annually)

·         Knowledge of Hawaii State Dept. of Health food service requirements and regulations

·         Knowledge of Federal USDA dietary guidelines

Education/Training:

·         Bachelor’s degree in food service or related field preferred

·         Two to three years of food service management/supervision

·         ·         Modest housing provided
