A+ Group Leader - Mililani

GENERAL FUNCTION

Under the supervision of your Site Director and Youth Program Director, plan, organize, lead and supervise a variety of after school activities for children in grades K – 6th.

Group Leader 1: $13.00/hour
Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry Level: No prior work experience required. Training will be provided.
• TB test required.
• Able to complete mandatory paid training.
• Interest in caring for children.
• Willing to be trained to develop organizational, group management, child development and leadership skills to implement a safe and fun program.
• Positive and people oriented.

Preferred:

• Comparable experience working with school age children/teens.
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.

Group Leader 2: $14.50/hour
Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year or more of child care experience with leadership responsibilities in a group setting.
• TB test required.
• Able to complete mandatory paid training.
• Interest in caring for children.
• Willing to develop organizational, group management, child development and leadership skills to implement a safe and fun program.
• Positive and people oriented.

Preferred:

• Completion of some college or post high school.
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
