GENERAL FUNCTION
Under the supervision of your Site Director and Youth Program Director, plan, organize, lead and supervise a variety of after school activities for children in grades K – 6th.

Group Leader 1: $13.00/hour
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Entry Level: No prior work experience required. Training will be provided.
- TB test required.
- Able to complete mandatory paid training.
- Interest in caring for children.
- Willing to be trained to develop organizational, group management, child development and leadership skills to implement a safe and fun program.
- Positive and people oriented.
Preferred:
- Comparable experience working with school age children/teens.
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
Group Leader 2: $14.50/hour
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year or more of child care experience with leadership responsibilities in a group setting.
- TB test required.
- Able to complete mandatory paid training.
- Interest in caring for children.
- Willing to develop organizational, group management, child development and leadership skills to implement a safe and fun program.
- Positive and people oriented.
Preferred:
- Completion of some college or post high school.
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
