Here at your very own YMCA of Honolulu we work every day to help members of our community reach their fitness goals, try new exercises or activities, build relationships with other Y members through social events, and work towards a happier and healthier self.
Group Exercise Classes
Our members can attend a variety of free fitness classes—categories include cardio, strength, yoga and water exercise. There’s no need to register—you’re welcome to drop in at any time.
