Power RideUse of low gears through most of class, focusing on powering through hills and flats.
Tempo RidePeddle on temp with fun energizing music. It's harder than you think, but lots of fun!
TriathlonPlan to run, mimic swimming, perform dips, push-ups and alternate other power moves in between strong bursts of riding. Use of gliders, bands and Bosu will be used. Running may occur outside; dress appropriately.
