Please contact Teen Programs at teenprograms@ymcahonolulu.org to be added to our email list or inquire about volunteering.

VOLUNTEER VIRTUALLY (Atherton Branch Only)

If you are looking for opportunities to volunteer for school or to prepare for college, let us help. High school students are joining us from across the island. Chat with our YMCA staff so we can create a meaningful experience that will benefit you in high school, college, and beyond.

  • Social Media Management & Marketing - help the Atherton YMCA and college mentors get the word out to other high school students about the opportunities available.
  • E-Sports Coach - Assist YMCA staff in supporting Middle School youth through our rollout of E-Sports for the Y. We are currently in the pilot phase, but plan to test a second round this summer. Interns must work the full 9-week period to cover an 8-week program schedule. Specific days and times of the week are yet to be determined.
