Group Exercise

With 90+ classes each week, the Windward YMCA has something for everyone. Our certified group exercise instructors will motivate and inspire you to push yourself or find your center. New For the New Year:

Our pool lighting project was completed December 2019. Our outdoor lights keep the pool lit up through the evening so you can enjoy classes and lap swim!

We recently replaced our old studio flooring with luxury vinyl planks for a clean, modern and comfortable space to host classes.

We're excited to offer Boxing Conditioning classes! Please check the schedule for both morning and evening classes.

Healthy Lifetstyle Fitness Center

We're here to keep you happy, healthy & feeling great! Whether it's cardio you're looking for, or maybe you want to hit the weights, our air conditioned fitness center has got you covered. With 20 cardio machines and a large variety of free weights, benches, weight machines and fitness equipment, you'll be able to get your best workout in. Our Healthy Lifestyles Coaches will welcome you and make sure you're feeling comfortable with all of our equipment. Come see why people love the Y.... it's a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for ALL!

We recently added two new Concept 2 Rowers to our cardio line-up! Ask one of our Healthy Lifestyles Coaches how to use them!

Our new Precor treadmills and ellipticals have been installed and are ready for you to get your heart pumping and muscles moving.

Spectrum just completed our cable service upgrade. Our Precor cardio equipment now offers over 60 channels in HD for your enjoyment on your personal touch screen console.


Personal Training

We've got a great staff of nationally certified personal trainers to help you reach your health & wellness goals. Our trainers work with you to tailor a fitness program to help you reach your goals and keep you motivated and on track. One on One, Buddy & Small Group sessions are available!


New For the New Year:

We are excited to offer Small Group Personal Training Sessions. For groups of 3-5 people who still want the personalized workout with a personal trainer, but the fun of working out in a small group at a discounted price from one-on-one and buddy rates. Click HERE for session fees.

Dietitian Services

We have a Registered Dietitian on staff to help you get your diet on track. Whether you are training for an event such as a triathalon, marathon, 5k, bodybuilding competition, want to lose/gain weight or have a chronic disease you'd like help getting under control through diet, Heather Bessee, RD can work with you to create an eating plan for your needs. 30 minute sessions, 1 hour sessions and packages are available!
