All of our Healthy Lifestyles Coaches are trained on how to use all of the equipment and can assist you with any questions you might have. From help with pre-programmed workouts on the cardio equipment, how to use the heart rate monitors, correct form on weight equipment, seat settings, and identifying muscles used, we're here to help you get the most out of your time at the Y.
Guided workouts are a FREE service for members and generally last about 60 minutes. Please note that a guided workout is not personal training. You will learn proper use of the machines, muscles used, correct form and seat settings or adjustments, as well as be able to ask any questions you might have. We offer multiple guided workout times each day for your convenience. Please stop by the front desk and let them know the day and time that works best for you from the schedule below. If you find that you are unable to come to any of the listed times, we can work with you to set up a time to fit your schedule.
