COVID-19 Update: Strength & Cardio Center
Due to COVID-19, we're following stringent guidelines from the CDC, state and local governments to keep our members safe. We've spaced all fitness equipment so that all exercisers are at least 6 feet apart while working out, including moving some cardio equipment into our studio and functional fitness equipment to the courtyard and lanai spaces.
Reservations are required to work out. Visit our home page at ymcahonolulu.org to make a 90 minute fitness facility reservation. You may show up at any time during your 90 minute reservation, however you will only have the remaining time left to workout.
Masks must be worn at all times when in the facility, including while exercising.
Please limit your personal belongings to a fanny pack, towel & water bottle. Any other items must be stored in a locker. Members must provide their own lock at this time.
We've greatly increased our sanitation protocols and are now including closing each week day from 1:30-2:30pm for a deep cleaning. We also ask members to wipe equipment before & after use, wash hands & use hand sanitizer frequently.
Our Healthy Lifestyles Coaches are on duty to assist you with any fitness questions or help you might need, just ask!
