Group Exercise Classes
Windward Y offers a huge variety of group exercise classes for all fitness levels and abilities. Our friendly, motivating instructors will take you through a safe and effective workout, offering modifications for all levels. Click HERE to see the current group exercise schedule. Our facility offers Childwatch for up to two hours daily for free to family membership holders or for a small fee for those with other memberships. March Pop Up **Restorative Yoga**
New Classes: Teen Boxing
Join Coach Darrin for Teen Boxing every Tuesday & Thursday from 3-3:45pm in the studio. All equipment is supplied. These classes are FREE for teens, ages 13-18, with a teen membership or on a family membership. Non-member rate is $24/month. Registration is required for all participants. Non-member teens must have their parents present when registering.

Seniors can choose from 24 classes geared specifically for their needs including stretching, strength & cardio, pool, mind/body & chronic disease (Parkinson's & Arthritis).
We currently offer multiple 7-UP (family friendly) classes including TRX, Zumba, Chair Yoga & Zumba Gold. 7-UP classes allow participants ages 7 and up on a family membership to participate in these specific classes with their parents. Come get fit as a family!
MOSSA: Built to MOVE!
MOSSA: Strength Train Together is a fun, challenging strength workout with killer music and moves to help build muscle and keep you motivated. Utilizing a bar, plates and a step, this class is guaranteed to make you sweat! MOSSA: Defend Together offers you a fun, upbeat, challenging martial arts inspired workout to boost your metabolism, blast away calories & build up your cardio fitness. !
With over 20 mind/body classes each week, there is something for every level & every interest. Challenge yourself with Power Yoga, rise early to enjoy Sunrise Yoga or Stretch or find your center with Yoga Flow & Vinyasa Yoga.
If variety is what you are looking for, we've got it. Test you strength & balance with one of our 4 varieties of TRX class. Cool down and dance away your worries in the pool with Aqua Zumba. Lengthen, strengthen and tone with Barre Blast. Challenge yourself with our high intensity Boxing Conditioning & Drill classes. Build up strength with Strong by Zumba.
