How do I set up my online reservation account (MotionVibe) and YMCA Mobile App and what can I do with it?

Your online reservation account and Y mobile app can be used to make group exercise class reservations. Your Y mobile app can also be used to scan in and out when you visit a Y Branch. Learn more about making a reservation.

How do I set up my ActiveNet account and what can I do with it?

Follow this guide on how to set up an ActiveNet Account.

These are some of the functions available through your ActiveNet account:

  • Profile: update personal information, password, security information or answers to questions.
  • Family: view and edit family member information; view a family member’s schedule.
  • Balance: view balance information; pay on account.
  • Payment and Order Management: Change Auto-Charge payments, transaction & payment history, Tax Receipts
  • Other Services: Membership Usage & Family Schedules

I would like to keep my membership, but my financial situation has changed and I would like to apply for financial aid.

We’d like to help! Thanks to the generosity of donors to our Annual Campaign, the YMCA of Honolulu provides financial aid for individuals and families who cannot afford the full cost of a Y membership or program based on need and availability of funds.

Put my membership on-hold.

If you would like to put your membership on-hold, please fill out this form.

You have the option of putting your membership on hold which will suspend your auto draft of membership fees for up to 3 months.

During those 3 months, you may reactivate your membership at anytime, and you will not be charged the $99 Joiner Fee.

You will need to renew your request to put your membership on hold at the end of your 3 month period at least 5 days before your auto draft is due, otherwise your membership and auto draft of membership fees will restart.

You may keep your membership in an on-hold status for no longer than a total of 6 months, after which your membership and auto draft will restart, or you will need to cancel your membership.

If you cancel your membership, the $99 Joiner Fee will only be waived if you rejoin within 60 days of your cancellation.
