With more than 325 in-person and 1,500 virtual classes to choose from—including cardio, strength, yoga, water exercise and more—it’s easy to inject variety into your fitness routine with group exercise classes at the YMCA. Classes are available:
*Participation in Jazzercise classes carries an additional $15/month fee that must be prepaid (regardless of how many classes you attend).
Choose the convenience of making an online reservation to secure your spot, or the flexibility of just popping into a class.
Class reservations are highly recommended, as some classes have a limited capacity. We encourage members to use our online reservation system or mobile app to make reservations up to 2 days before the class, starting at 8am. You may register for up to 2 classes at a time. If a class is full, you will be placed on the waitlist in order of the time you registered.
We recommend you arrive early to class (15 minutes is recommended), as the waitlist opens up 10 minutes before the start of class. You must be checked in to confirm your spot in class. To check in, let the Welcome Center know which class you are attending.
Registered members who do not check in upon arrival or who arrive after the waitlist has opened may lose their spot to waitlisted members. Waitlisted members will be allowed into class as space permits, in the order of their waitlist number and by whom is on-site at the time the waitlist opens up.
If you’ve made reservations but cannot attend class, please unregister in the Y app so that space opens up for another participant.
For safety reasons, we ask that you do not enter class after the warm-up has been completed.
