You May be Eligible for a Free or Reduce-cost Membership
Some health insurance plans under Medicare, Medicaid, "Employer-Provided Health Insurance Plans," or other insurance providers, including HMSA, Kaiser, United Healthcare (UHC), UHA Health Insurance, Moda Health, Wellcare by Ohana, HMAA, Aloha Care, and others may cover the cost of a YMCA of Honolulu membership.
The Y participates in fitness benefit plans, including Optum's One Pass, Aaptiv, UHC Renew Active, and Kaiser Fit Rewards programs and ASH's Active&Fit and Silver&Fit programs.
Health Plan members enjoy all the benefits of regular membership at the Y EXCEPT nationwide access.
Already a Health Plan Member?
Be sure to renew annually between January 1 through 31 by contacting your health plan to get your “fitness ID number” or “confirmation code,” pay an annual fee if required, and then renew at our Welcome Center; or via our Service Center at 808-678-4296; or online.

Renew Active, One Pass, and Aaptiv
Renew Active, One Pass, and Aaptiv are administered by Optum through eligible Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid plans. To confirm eligibility, we will need a confirmation code.
For UnitedHealthcare plan holders, you can locate your code by signing into your UnitedHealthcare account or calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
For Kaiser plan holders, please follow the instructions on Kaiser's website or call the number on the back of your insurance card to obtain your code.
