Longer camp experience for teens to grow into leaders

At YMCA Camp Erdman leadership camp, teens explore the outdoors, experience magic moments, learn teambuilding, and get the skills needed to become a leader at camp, among peers, and in life.

Leaders in Training (LIT)

Teen campers participate in critical-thinking and problem-solving activities that help them develop into leaders at camp and beyond. Under mentorship from the Teen Programs Leader and cabin counselors,  LIT campers complete a service program during the program. LIT participants are encouraged to continue growing as leaders by progressing to the Camp Assistant (CA) program in future summers.
